Located in Concord, CA, Comstock Condominiums HOA was created in 1980 when the property was converted from an apartment complex to condominiums. Our association consists of 116 units on approximately 7 acres of property.

We are proud that we have been primarily an owner-occupied complex for over 30 years.

Comstock’s motto is “A community that cares”. We encourage neighbors to get to know one another and communicate with each other. We have a strong team of managers and service providers, some of whom have been with the association more than 25 years.
